The History B.S. major will allow students to learn American and world history from early civilization to the present day. These survey courses will also be paired with period specific courses.

History majors are encouraged to take a second language or travel abroad to experience and round out their studies outside of what is offered in the program. A history degree is a great basis for going onto further education (law, medicine, business).
